Custom and large event orders may require additional processing time.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Pretty Yummy Treats Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can review the issue.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Some products may be sensitive to heat during warmer months. While we take precautions in packaging, Pretty Yummy Treats Inc. is not responsible for melting or heat-related damage once the package is in transit or delivered.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of baked goods and perishable items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.
