What if I am interested in ordering for a party/event?

You can receive a quote for party/event orders under Inquiries in the Menu

What should I do if my product arrives melted?

If your product(s) arrives melted, we ask you to send a picture of the melted product to customer service at info@pytreats.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll assist you in receiving a replacement.

When should I place my custom cake order?

To guarantee top-notch treats, all bulk custom orders must be placed at least 10 days prior to the event/needed date, allowing ample time for our team to prepare your order.

Serving Sizes

Deposit Policy

non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date and begin work on your order.

The remaining balance is due:

5 days before delivery

Orders are not considered booked until the deposit has been paid.

Order Changes Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review regarding order modifications:

  • Changes to flavor, filling, frosting, colors, design details, or delivery information should be requested as soon as possible.
  • Changes requested more than 72 hours before delivery will be accommodated whenever possible.
  • Changes requested within 72 hours of delivery are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
  • Major design changes requested within 72 hours may require a redesign fee of $10–$25+, depending on the extent of the changes.
  • If materials, decorations, or specialty ingredients have already been purchased, additional costs will be added to the order balance.
  • No changes will be accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that last-minute changes may not be possible due to scheduling, preparation time, and ingredients already purchased for your order.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 72 hours before delivery: full payment may be required due to ingredients and labor already committed.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our perishable products and for the safety of our staff and customers, we are unable to accept any returns. All transactions are final-sale and all Pretty Yummy Treats Inc. products are non-refundable.
