What if I am interested in ordering for a party/event?

You can receive a quote for party/event orders under Inquiries in the Menu

What should I do if my product arrives melted?

If your product(s) arrives melted, we ask you to send a picture of the melted product to customer service at info@pytreats.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll assist you in receiving a replacement.

When should I place my custom order?

To guarantee top-notch treats, all bulk custom orders must be placed at least 14 days prior to the event/needed date, allowing ample time for our team to prepare your order.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our perishable products and for the safety of our staff and customers, we are unable to accept any returns. All transactions are final-sale and all Pretty Yummy Treats Inc. products are non-refundable.
