Yes, you can receive a quote for bulk orders under Inquiries in the Menu

If your product(s) arrives melted, we ask you to send a picture of the melted product to customer service at info@pytreats.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll assist you in receiving a replacement.

To guarantee top-notch treats, all bulk custom orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to the event/needed date, allowing ample time for our team to prepare your order.

Shipping costs are based on the customer's choice for the level of shipping service, depending on whether you choose Economy or  Expedited service. 

We currently ship all of our products throughout the United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to international or APO/FPO locations.

Our goal is to satisfy your sweet tooth. All of our treats are delicately made and carefully hand-packaged.

Due to the nature of our perishable products and for the safety of our staff and customers, we are unable to accept any returns. All transactions are final-sale and all Pretty Yummy Treats Inc. products are non-refundable.
